Fish Batter(English Pub Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together flour and salt.
Combine baking soda, vinegar and water.
Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Dip fish into mixture allowing excess batter to drip back in bowl.
Fry in preheated oil until medium brown. Drain on paper towels.
This batter may be used on boneless chicken breasts and various vegetables.
