Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (use sugar-free pudding)
    1 baked pie crust (9-inch)
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 (9 or 12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar.
    Follow pudding directions by adding 2 cups milk.
    Spread 3/4 of peanut butter mixture in pie crust.
    Spread pudding on top of peanut butter mixture.
    Spread a layer of Cool Whip on top of pudding.
    Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture on top of Cool Whip.
