Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    coconut
    nuts
    2 cans crushed pineapple
    4 c. pears, drained and cut small
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. juice from fruit
    6 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream (I use frozen)
    grated American cheese
Preparation
    Stir flour and sugar together.
    Add to juice.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Cook in double boiler until thick and glossy.
    Cool.
    Mix pineapple and pears into cooked mixture.
    Pour into pan.
    Cover with whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, then coconut and nuts.
