Shaker Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large lemons
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
top and bottom crust (for a 9-inch pie)
Preparation

Slice the lemons as thin as paper, rind and all, no seeds. Combine them with the sugar and mix well.
Let stand 2 hours or longer, preferably, blending occasionally.
Add the beaten eggs to the lemon mixture and mix well.
