Layered Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peach slices
2 c. blueberries
2 c. strawberry slices
2 c. grapes (purple or green)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and rind and mix until well blended.
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in cream cheese mixture; chill.
Layer fruit in 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.
Top with creamy mixture.
Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
Chill until serving.
