Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 dashes of nutmeg and pepper
Preparation
    Wash the potatoes. Cover with water and cook with skins on. Cook until potatoes are half done.
    Pour off water and let cool. Skin potatoes and shred them.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    In a pan, heat on the stove the cheese, whipping cream, milk, dry mustard and salt until the cheese is melted.
    Pour the sauce over the potatoes and stir in.
    Sprinkle the top with paprika.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    The first half hour, keep it covered with foil and the last half hour take the foil off.
    Can prepare this the day before and have refrigerated 24 hours and then bake.
