Cheese And Mushroom Manicotti Or Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can chopped olives, drained
    1/4 c. each: onion and celery
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. manicotti shells
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine half of the Mozzarella with the Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, onion, celery, crumbs, egg, milk and parsley. Mix spaghetti sauce and water; pour half of the mixture into a baking dish.
    Stuff manicotti with the cheese mixture, placing stuffed shells on the sauce.
    Add remaining sauce and sprinkle with small
    amount of Parmesan, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and bake 10 more minutes.
