Turkey Chili(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. ground turkey, cooked
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
    1/3 c. cooked pinto beans
    1/3 c. cooked corn
    salsa to taste
    3/4 c. cooked summer squash
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and serve with fat-free cracked pepper crackers.
    Contains 246 calories.
