Broiled Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-inch thick marinated venison steak
melted fat
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine 1 part vinegar or lemon juice with 3 parts salad oil or olive oil.
Season with spices and herbs.
Dill seed, celery seed, cloves, thyme, bay leaves, sliced onions, garlic cloves, celery leaves, parsley sprigs and sliced carrots are good.
Place the meat in a large bowl or pan and pour the marinade over it. Place in gas refrigerator 3 to 4 hours for small cuts, 10 to 12 hours for large cuts.
Drain and cook as desired.
