Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato (baseball size)
    creamy peanut butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Peel potato and cook until soft.
    Mash potato and add powdered sugar until it forms a dough.
    Sprinkle wax paper with powdered sugar and roll out dough.
    Spread with thin layer of peanut butter. Roll up and slice with sharp knife.
    Keep refrigerated.
