Sausage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. browned sausage
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

In large
bowl, combine Velveeta and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Microwave 5 minutes.
Stir and add sausage.
Microwave an additional 3 to 5 minutes until dip is melted and well blended. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
