Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    chopped sirloin
    chopped onion
    1 bouillon cube
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add chopped sirloin and onion; brown. Add bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.
    Add cream of mushroom soup,
    mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Cover; cook for 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Take up and pour over egg noodles.
