Mother'S Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten egg yolks.
    Add pineapple and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Crush wafers, putting half on bottom of pan. Add filling.
    Put remainder of wafers on top of liquid mixture.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
