Spinach Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. spring onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix and chill.
    Serve in scooped out pumpernickel roll. Garnish with greenery of season.
    Serve with crackers or party bread.
