Tiny Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. sugar
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place graham cracker crumbs in lightly greased miniature muffin cups.
    Shake to remove excess.
    Cream 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into prepared muffin cups.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
    Top cooled cakes with mixture of sour cream, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Bake for 5 minutes longer. Garnish with red or green cherries.
    Yield:
    24 servings.
