Hamburger Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 pinches red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; let set for 24 hours.
    Form into 1/4-inch bars and put into dryer for 6 to 8 hours.
