Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 c. Crisco salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. sliced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs and Crisco oil together until foamy, then add and mix sugar, cinnamon and vanilla flavoring.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Add to mixture.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Pour into long cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
