Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    avocado
    dash of garlic powder
    small onion, chopped fine
    dash of lemon juice (1 capful)
    heaping spoonful mayonnaise
    dash of salt
    small tomato, chopped fine
    sour cream (optional)
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Peel avocado and mash with garlic powder, salt to taste and mayonnaise.
    Add lemon juice. Mix with onions and tomatoes.
    Serve with taco chips or on salad of chopped lettuce with sour cream and salsa.
