Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello (mix as usual)
2 c. water
2 carrots, grated
2 apples, grated
1 large can crushed pineapple (and juice)
1 c. nuts or more, chopped
Preparation

Pour the cranberries into the boiling water.
Cook until cranberries pop.
Let cool.
Mix together the jello, water, carrots, apples, pineapple and juice and nuts.
Stir all together and refrigerate. Stir a couple of times.
