Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 clove minced garlic
    1 c. wild rice
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Saute onion, garlic and pepper in butter.
    Wash rice.
    Combine with sauteed ingredients.
    Add mushrooms that have been drained.
    Add the broth.
    Put in medium casserole dish and add the pecans.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
