Plum Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 small jars strained plums (baby food)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Add strained plums.
Sift flour and cinnamon together.
Add to mixture, beating well for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
