Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. curry powder
    dash of garlic
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix seasonings and marinate well.
    Bake, turning occasionally, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with rice.
