Going Over The Hill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

English peas
pork sausage, rolled into small balls
1 tsp. flour
3 c. water
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Stir in peas and sausage.
In a separate cup, mix flour and water.
Stir until thin (adding water as needed).
Stir flour mixture into peas and sausage.
Add pepper and salt.
Let simmer for about one hour.
