Chicken-Pork Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1/2 lb. pork
1 onion
3 gloves garlic
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 small box raisins
1 small can sweet peas
Preparation

Grind the chicken meat and pork with the onions, garlic, tomatoes and bread crumbs.
Mix thoroughly the salt, egg, ground pepper and milk, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Pack a well-greased loaf pan or Pyrex casserole.
Steam or bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until loaf is firm.
Serve whole or sliced.
