Angus Fancy Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Vidalia onions, sliced
1/8 lb. butter (1/2 stick)
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry English mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded American or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until golden brown.
Transfer to a casserole dish.
Combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and mustard.
Spread over onions in the casserole.
Sprinkle the cheese over mixture.
Bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 4 servings.
