Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cut in half
    Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    bacon
    scallions or chives
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven until done, then remove and cool thoroughly.
    Remove insides with spoon (you can save this for mashed potatoes).
    Leave small layer of potatoes; deep fry until crisp.
    Cut bacon into small bits and microwave until crunchy. Add cheese and bacon to potatoes.
    Top with sour cream and scallions or chives.
