Bulgoki(Korean) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Beef sliced thin
    1 or 2 onions thin sliced
    large carrots, sliced thin
    2 pods of garlic smashed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 green onion
    coat with soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and let marinate until needed (doesn't have to marinate long).
    Cook in pan until done - add water to make more sauce.
    Cornstarch can be added to thicken the sauce. Serve over rice or noodles
