Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
1 unbaked pie shell (10-inch)
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs.
Stir in beans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream or ice cream.
