Best French Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 300\u00b0 and bake until brown and firm, approximately 40 minutes.
