Cheeseless Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained (save juice)
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
4 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 1/3 c. dry milk (1 pkg. dry milk)
rest of pineapple juice
Preparation

Place the following ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes: crushed pineapple, unflavored gelatin, boiling water and pineapple juice.
Add the following ingredients to the blender and blend on high speed for 3 minutes:
lemon juice, vanilla, artificial sweetener, dry milk and rest of pineapple juice.
Pour into pie pan or 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate.
Makes 4 servings with each serving equaling 1 cup of skim milk and 1 fruit.
