Cheesy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    8 oz. shredded American cheese (2 c.)
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
    1/4 c. onion flakes, soaked in 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices.
    Mix cheese and butter.
    Soften onion flakes in water; drain and stir into cheese mixture.
    Spread on the cut bread surfaces.
    Reassemble loaf and wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
    Heat in a 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted, approximately 25 minutes.
