Maple Acorn Squash Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large acorn squash (2 1/4 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Peel squash; cut of both ends.
    Cut squash in half crosswise and then in half lengthwise to make quarters; discard seeds.
    Slice each quarter crosswise into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
