Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. deer roast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 lb. can tomatoes
Preparation
    Season roast with salt.
    Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Add other ingredients.
    Place in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours on low or in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
