Sunshine Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1/3 c. margarine
    6 Tbsp. unsifted all-purpose flour
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Prepare white sauce by melting margarine in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cayenne until smooth.
    Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick and leaves the bottom of the pan.
    Blend in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses. With a wire whisk, beat egg yolks and add to the cheese mixture.
