Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Marinate sliced meat a minimum of 1 hour before preparing to stir-fry, grill, bake, etc.
