Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. young zucchini, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. cream or milk
Preparation

Saute oleo or butter, onion and garlic.
Add zucchini and cook until soft.
Put in blender and add remaining ingredients;
blend on high until smooth.
Add salt to taste.
Serve heated or cold.
