Cold Salmon Foam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. canned salmon
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
freshly ground pepper, about 6 twists of the mill
1-1/2 c. very cold whipping cream
Preparation

Drain the salmon and look it over carefully for bones and bits of skin.
Using a fork, crumble it in a mixing bowl.
Add the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Beat them into the salmon until you've obtained a smooth, evenly blended mixture.
