Ingredients

1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
assorted fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, etc.)
Preparation

Make a crust of confectioners sugar, margarine and flour. Spread on a pizza pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes and cool. Blend the cream cheese, vanilla, milk and lemon juice and spread over the crust.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Arrange cut fruit in design over the top.
Chill thoroughly.
Cut in wedge-shaped pieces.
