Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
    Add flour and egg to salmon.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
    Add baking powder to reserved liquid.
    Beat well until foamy.
    Pour into salmon mixture and blend well.
    Fry in hot oil; they brown very fast.
    Drain on paper towels.
