Terri And Margot'S Cake(Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

any box cake mix which calls for oil, eggs and water
2 (3 oz.) jars pureed prune baby food
3 egg whites or equivalent volume Egg Beaters (carton tells you how much is equal to 3 eggs)
water as called for on the box

Preparation

Follow the directions on the box.
When it says \"eggs\" you add actual egg whites or Egg Beaters or any other brand.
When it says \"oil\" you use pureed prunes in the same volume.
