Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes
    1 cucumber, peeled
    1 green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt to taste
    fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a blender, except the bread crumbs and liquify.
    Strain mixture and reserve the liquid.
    Add enough bread crumbs to slightly thicken the liquid.
    Chill and serve garnished with cucumber cubes and ice.
    Can also be served unstrained and without the bread cubes.
