Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. water
1 pt. vinegar
1/4 c. plain salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Wash cucumbers well.
Snip ends off.
Place in sterilized jars.
Cover with boiling water.
Heat water, vinegar and salt to boiling.
Pour water off.
Add garlic.
Pour boiling brine over cucumbers.
Seal.
Heat in boiling water 5 minutes.
Leave at least 6 weeks before opening.
