Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. 3 Minute or quick oats
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats.
    Cream together white sugar, brown sugar, oleo, cinnamon, eggs and salt.
    Add to oatmeal mixture.
    Then add flour with soda.
    Mix well.
    Bake in long pan greased and floured for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While still warm, add icing.
