Beef Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (t oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    3 bay leaves
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add all other ingredients except shells and
    cheese.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook shells as directed
    on
    package.
    Stuff
    shells
    with
    meat mixture. Place in
    8
    x
    11-inch
    baking
    dish.
    Sprinkle
    with cheese; cover and
    heat
    thoroughly.
    Cover
    with foil while heating. Add about 1/4
    cup of water before covering with foil to make steam while heating to prevent shells from sticking to bottom and sides and to prevent drying out while heating.
    Makes 5 to 7 servings.
