Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 56 grams) jar strong instant coffee (Espresso)
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 liter boiling water
    1/2 liter brandy
    1 whole vanilla bean
Preparation
    Combine coffee, sugar and water.
    Stir well until dissolved. Cool.
    Add brandy.
    Pour into 2 bottles.
    Cut vanilla bean in half and put one in each bottle.
    Close tightly and let stand at least one month.
