Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 gal. shredded cabbage
1 gal. boiling water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. salt (noniodized)

Preparation

Shred cabbage and pack in sterile jars.
Pour in hot liquid and seal.
