Saucy Steak Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 chopped onion
    16 oz. can potatoes
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    marjoram leaves
    1 pkg. frozen green beans or 1 can string beans
    12 oz. jar pimento, sliced and drained
Preparation
    Pound flour into round steak and cut into 2-inch squares. Brown; set aside.
    Add chopped onion and cook until tender. Drain and save juice from potatoes.
    Add enough water to potato juice to make 1 cup.
    To meat, add juice, water, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, chopped peppers, salt, pepper, beef bouillon and marjoram leaves.
    Simmer 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Rinse the frozen beans or canned beans.
    Add to skillet.
    Also, add potatoes and pimento.
    Simmer until beans are tender (10 to 15 minutes). Serves 4.
