Breading For Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Combine crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip fish in crumbs, then egg, then again in crumbs.
    Cook fish, skin side down, in 1/8-inch shortening.
    Brown on one side then the other.
    About 10 minutes or until flaky.
