Caramel Corn(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup or white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
5 to 7 qt. popped corn (about 2 c. unpopped corn)
Preparation

Heat the first 6 ingredients until warm.
Pour syrup over popcorn and place in a brown paper bag.
Microwave on High for 1 minute; shake.
Microwave on High 1 minute; shake.
Microwave on High 1/2 minute; shake.
Microwave on High 1/2 minute; shake. Place on cookie sheets to dry.
