Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cheese, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder together in a plastic bag.
    Toss wet potatoes to coat with cheese mixture. Place butter in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish to melt in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Add potatoes to melted butter and bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Turn potatoes once during baking time.
    Serves 6 to 8.
